Hi everyone It is time for this year's edition of the Danish Programming Championship (as always, part of the Nordic Collegiate Programming Contest, NCPC). It will be held Saturday, October 9, 2021, in Nygaard-1, library area. If you want to participate, please follow the sign-up instructions at https://www.netcompany.com/events/2021/DM-i-programmering The registration deadline is the 7th of October. If you need teammates, let me know at oskar at cs.au.dk and I can help match you up. The rules for NCPC 2021 are nonstandard due to the COVID pandemic. Most importantly every team can use up to three computers. See further changes at: https://nordic.icpc.io/ncpc2021/ The university will not provide computers for participants, so please bring your own. Please arrive no later than 10:00 to ensure that we have time to get set up. The contest starts at 11:00 and ends at 16:00, although delays may occur for various reasons, typically no more than 15 minutes. As usual, the event is sponsored by Netcompany and arranged by Netcompany and the CS department, and there will be lunch, snacks, cake, soda, fruit etc. during the competition. After the competition, we will have an award ceremony where we go through the solutions to the contest problems while consuming pizza, sodas, and beer. Best, Oskar Haarklou Veileborg
