Hi all, Finally, the cleaning in our new office space is up and running! The kitchen and toilets should be cleaned on a daily basis, and the large bin in the kitchen will be emptied daily as well. Please notice that the small bins near the desks/in the offices will not be emptied by the cleaning staff, so please make sure to empty it now and then in the large bin in the kitchen. Vacuum cleaning will be done twice a month, and we should expect that it will be done during work hours. If it will be on a fixed day, I will let you know. The cleaning staff has some inputs I've promised to pass on: Food waste: Please always put it in the big garbage bin in the kitchen to avoid smell (as well as fruit flies) Things under/around your desk: Try to have as few things (especially power cords) on the floor as possible - it's not possible to vacuum properly if too much is going on under/around the desk If you keep cans: Please place them in a (closed) bag (both to avoid smell as well as the fruit flies) if you wish to keep it for deposit.
